What is the
shipping policy? |

A: The shipping cost is a
15$ for each laser. We
use UPS Express to ship all
orders within 2 business
days of when it was placed.
Estimated transit time is
2-5 business for all global
locations. We guarantee
delivery in 1-2 weeks. Do
not trust other sites that
have some products in stock.
This means they take your
money first, then buy it
from their supplier, then
maybe ship it to you in 4-6
weeks. We have all our
products in stock or we
don't sell them. |

Where can I get
a tracking number, how do I
check status? |

A: To obtain a tracking
number, please email
support@starphaser.com
after 2 business days from
the date your order was
placed. You will receive an
email with your tracking
information that can be
tracked online. Since we
have all items in stock, you
are most likely to receive
your product in one week
from the date you |

| Q: What are your return and warranty policies? |
|
A: Our warranty period is 6
months from the date of
product receipt. If there is
any problem or malfunction
with the laser, you may
return it within 6 months to
obtain a replacement. Please
send an email immediately to
support@starphaser.com
to file a claim. The
replacement will be shipped
free of charge after the
original unit is received.
If you are not satisfied
with our laser for any
reason, you may return the
laser within 30 days for a
full refund. |

Q: What about the
legalities of your lasers? |
|
A: Every country's laws
governing compact portable
laser modules are different.
Usually compact portable
laser modules are limited to
5mW output. Our >5mW OEM Laser Modules are not laser pointers, rather OEM Laser components
for professional use only. At the point of sale the buyer undertakes full responsibility for the legal use of the product and becomes the owner of the product which is shipped by the seller on behalf of the buyer. Legal Notice for US Customers: classified as OEM laser component in accordance with 21 CFR (code of Federal Regulations) 1040.10 and 1040.11. The purchaser is fully responsible for the safe application of this component and use and agrees to such by proceeding to the point of sale. It is the buyers responsibility to conform to FDA/CDRH
guidelines in applying this
component to your finished
or manufactured device. The
seller assumes no
responsibility for the
misuse of this component
which becomes full
responsibility of the buyer
at the point of sale. The
seller is based outside of
the US and is not bound by
US federal requirements. |

Are your lasers
dangerous? |
|
A: Every laser can be
potentially dangerous is
misused or abused. Compact
portable laser modules are
not toys and should not be
used in without precaution
and safety equipment. Please keep away laser pointers from children. Do not shine the laser at any person or vehicle. Do not use >5mW Lasers in public without a variance. You may be breaking the law in your country. Do not purchase illegal lasers. |
